Self-Love and Respect


When we are healthy, we may take our health and well-being for granted. Then, when we become physically ill, we feel like our body has betrayed us. Consciously or unconsciously, we may have negative feelings toward our body. Yet is our body more likely to heal if we feel resentment and stress towards it, or if we treat it with love and compassion? In this module, we practice love and respect towards ourselves.
