Being Present to Overcome Fear

Fear and anxiety go hand in hand with any human experience, especially that of illness. How do we overcome fear? At times it feels insurmountable. The answer is: incrementally, moment by moment, step by step. In this module, we continue to learn practices to help us get hold of the mind, one moment at time, so that we remember to use these tools in moments of fear. It is very powerful stuff!
