Each of these sessions guide you through a 30-minute simple meditation practice, to help you find a quiet moment in your day or help you build a sustained daily practice. You do not need any meditation experience: if you can sit (or lie down), and you can breathe, you can meditate. Go through these videos in order to build on the progression, then use them in any order.
